The Royal Palace is in London. It is home to the Queen.
It is here that Colonel K - or rather his Hologram - is knighted at the start of Danger Mouse Begins... Again. The room where the ceremony takes place has a number of severed arms along one wall.
Baron Silas Von Greenback later claims the palace as his own residence, after having the Queen imprisoned in a Safety Mouse.
It has also been destroyed, or wrecked, several times, but still looks like it's never suffered a scratch.[1]
